Inner Journeys: The Magic of Spontaneous Expression
The paintings in this exhibit were never intended to be viewed. Rather, they are visual expressions of inner creative journeys contributed by the students and teacher of artspace, an experiential painting studio in S.E. Portland. These spontaneous paintings highlight moment-by-moment intuitive journeys of letting go, playing, discovery, and trusting in the unknown. Paintings should be viewed therefore, not as products, but for their aliveness, energy, and vulnerability.
